Established in 1995, Joint Specialists has built its reputation upon technical expertise and commitment to customer service .

Starting with Raychem Corporation in 1973, Stan has worked in Research and Development; Field Service and Sales. He has now devoted more than forty years of his life to the Covalence (formerly Raychem) heat shrink sleeves product line and is considered to be one of the world's leading experts on heat shrinkable pipeline coatings.

Steve joined the company in 2000. He is directly involved with sales and operations of the Covalence Pipeline and heat shrink sleeves products line. With all of his experience; there are not many pipeline applications that he hasn't seen. Steve spends his off hours spending time with his family: a beautiful wife, Audra and amazing kids - Natalie and Tyler.

Ron Lamont
Vice President Sales
Ron joined the company in 2012. He brings with him more than 25 years of technical sales and product management experience from his previous life in the natural gas measurement side of the industry.

Stacey joined the company in 2006. She wears a lot of hats with her sales focus being on the Raychem / Tyco Electronics product line. In addition, she handles most of the accounts receivable and accounts payable issues that arise.
