WPC120

Wrap around shrink sleeve for

high temperature lines

up to 120C (251F) 

 

     WPC120 field joint coating is a two layer shrink sleeve system.   The first layer is a high shear-strength copolymer adhesive.  The second layer is a radiation cross-linked, high density polyethylene with PCI (Permanent Change Indicator). 

     WPC120 is a wrap around, heat shrinkable sleeve designed for corrosion prevention and sealing on various types of pipeline systems (oil, gas, water, pipe-type cable, etc.), which operate at temperatures up to 120C.  WPC120 is specially suited for higher stress conditions caused both by elevated temperatures and by soils with severe contraction between wet-dry cycles.  WPC120 may be cut to any length to cover any pipe diameter.
